The staff were good, helped with any issues. The location was marvellous, minutes away from Santa Ponsa Plaza. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop.
As for me, the area was really loud.

The breakfast is inclusive, and the location is magnificent so close to the many lovely restaurant/cafes, beach and bars and the waters edge which was fantastic. Rooms are beautifully maintained with bedroom, shower and a walk in shower with maids cleaning, food is decent.

Enjoyed this place, it was spotless and had excellent food and location. Stopped by Begreen to get some coffee and treats, it's around 4-6 minutes walk from the venue, recommend. Worth its 4 stars.
